Since 2003, the Goatmeal Field Office has relied on citizen correspondents to surface oat-industry irregularities that fall outside conventional channels of inquiry. The record maintained by this office exists in large part because of individuals who chose to act on what they knew. If you are one of them, this page is for you.

Submission Criteria

The Field Office is interested in any material that advances a documented understanding of irregularities in the cereal supply chain. This includes firsthand observations, purchase records, internal communications, shipping manifests, or any other material that corroborates the broader investigation. Submissions need not be conclusive; partial evidence is accepted and will be evaluated in the context of the existing record.
